P.C:- This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the investigation of FIR No.573 of 2015 lodged by the Petitioner on 11 June 2015 at Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan. 2.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the investigation is not proceeding at all and the police authorities had submitted ASummary Report before the Court. 3.

If A-Summary report is filed, the Petitioner can file Protest

Granting liberty to the Petitioner to appear before the Magistrate and contest the A-Summary report and take further directions from the concerned Magistrate, we dispose of this petition. (SARANG V.
