The application is moved for restoration.

It is prayed that the order dated 7th November, 2014 passed by the Registrar(Jud.-1) is to be recalled and the Appellant be allowed to remove the office objections and restore the matter.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appeal was dismissed due to non Vishal 1 / 2

In view of the submissions made the learned counsel for the Appellant, the order dated 7th November, 2014 is hereby recalled. The Appeal is restored.

The Appellant is directed to remove all the office objections within three weeks from today and if the office objections are not removed within three weeks, the Appeal will be dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
