The learned counsel for the Applicants after arguing for some time seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He states that the applicants will surrender before the concerned police station within one week from today.

The Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

It is made clear, that the concerned Court shall decide the Application for regular bail, if filed, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application. 4.
