This is the second time, the Applicant has approached this Court for anticipatory bail in connection with the same subject matter. On the previous occasion i.e. on 06/03/2024, this Court had passed an order in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1173 of 2023 by observing that after arguing for some time, when I had expressed my disinclination to grant relief in the said application, learned counsel for the Applicant had prayed for Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

2024.04.02 15:28:27 +0530 unconditional withdrawal of that application. Permission was MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Nesarikar

There is some sanctity attached to the prayer made before the Court for withdrawal of the application unconditionally. In view of the earlier order, this particular application, in the same subject matter, without change in circumstances, cannot be entertained. The application is therefore dismissed.
