Heard. This Application is for fixing early date of hearing of the Second Appeal on the ground that the Applicant No.1 and 2 are senior citizen.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that as per order dated 20/03/2015 passed by this court (Coram : R. G. Ketkar, J.), paper book is ready. He undertakes to file the same within a week. Undertaking is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Hearing of the Second Appeal is expedited in the list of senior citizen, subject to the Applicant filing paper book within a week, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

b) If paper book is filed within stipulated time as stated herein above, Office is directed to place the matter for final hearing in the weekly board in the list of senior citizen, as per its turn.

c) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
