This application is filed for the following reliefs : "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Yerwada jail authority to produce the medical certificate of the Applicant;

(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order directing the Yerwada jail authority to shift Applicant in any private or government hospital for his proper treatment for the aforementioned health issues."

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. Parents of the Applicant are also present. They submitted that the Applicant is now physically fit and does not need any medication. Mr. Sait, learned APP also placed on record a report dated 4th November 2019 made by the Chief Medical OfÏcer, Yerwada Central Prison, Yerwada, Pune. The report states that general patilsr 1 / 2

condition is stable, conscious oriented and he is physically fit at present.

In above circumstances, the grievance raised in the application stands redressed. Application is, therefore, disposed of.
