By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of aforesaid Writ Petition No.13509 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the objections i.e. underline on some of the pages and one translation has not been given and as such the same be dispensed with.

At this stage, the said objections are dispensed with. 5.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and Writ Petition No. 13509 of 2018, is restored back to its original file.
