P.C.:- 1) Mr. Yagnik, learned APP on instructions from Joint Commissioner of Police, Pune City submitted that, C.R. No.40 of 2020 registered with Cyber Police Station, Pune City has been merged with C.R. No.7 of 2020 registered with Cyber Cell, Pune Rural. That, after merging of the said crime, investigation of C.R. No.7 of 2020 is completed and the Investigating Officer will be filing charge-sheet in the said crime within a period of two weeks from today. Said statement is accepted. 2) As the police are submitting the charge-sheet in C.R. No.7 of 2020, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge before 1/2

Leave and liberty granted.
