The learned counsel for the Respondents Shri Rohan Sawant h/f Shri A G Toraskar tenders a photo copy of the certified copy of the order dated 08/10/2016 which has been passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sindhudurga Oras in terms of the Consent Purshis (Exhibit 18) filed by the parties. The said order has been passed in Marriage Petition No.158 of 2015 (Exhibit 20). In terms of clause (5) of the said order, the Petitioner is required to withdraw the present Writ Petition being No.1540 of 2015. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner Shri Amit Singh h/f Shri Santosh Sawant has not objection for withdrawal of the above Petition in view of the order passed in terms of the Consent Purshis (Exhibit 18) filed by the parties.

The above Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. The Respondent is permitted to withdraw the amounts which are deposited in this Court in her maiden name I.e Prajakta Shamsundar Mhaskar.
