Ms. Saaya seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Ms. Saaya states that all payments have been made to respondents. Mr. Thorat, relying on the affidavit in reply, copy whereof we do not find in the Record and Proceedings, states that there is still balance of Rs.3,00,000/- and odd amount payable because the amount paid was as calculated in 2012 and the payment was made only in 2018.

Ms. Saaya states that she will take instructions and if any amounts are payable she will advice her clients to do the needful. 3.
