By an order dated 19/07/2018 the applicant was directed to deposit Rs.4,69,000/- in the registry of this Court. The anticipatory bail granted earlier was confirmed. The charge-sheet has since been filed, the applicant has not been arraigned as an accused in respect of the said offence. The application for refund of the amount, therefore, deserves to be allowed.
