By these applications filed by the applicant-original Respondent No.1, the applicant has applied for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the original petitioner, pursuant to an order passed by this court in the writ petitions. 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the averments made in the civil applications. Applicant is ready and willing to furnish a bank guarantee, if the applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited with accrued interest thereon. Each of the civil application has made out the case for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the original petitioner upon furnishing the bank guarantee of nationalized bank in the name of the Registrar of this court, which bank guarantee shall be initially for two years and thereafter till such period these three writ petitions are disposed of. It is made clear that if the

bank guarantee is not furnished within eight weeks from today, amount deposited by the original petitioner shall be invested in the fixed deposit of a nationalized bank initially for a period of two years and thereafter, for such period till the writ petitions filed by the original petitioner are disposed of. 3.

All the civil applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Hearing of the writ petitions is expedited.
