The Tribe claim of the Petitioner as belonging to Mahadev Koli, Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner has subsequently got the validity certificate of Sonkoli. The said caste is in Special Backward Class category.

The Petitioner got employment from Scheduled Tribe category. The Petitioner is appointed in the year 1996. The parties would certainly be governed by the Government Resolution dated 14 December 2022. Both the parties shall act as per the katkam 1/2
