The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that a representation is given to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur with regard to the transfer on 5th December 2022 but the same is not yet decided.

In case the representation (Page 42 to the Writ Petition ) filed by the Petitioner is pending with Respondent No.3, then Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within six months.
