The civil application is for condonation of delay of about 34 days. The impugned order was passed on 12th December, 2013. The 90 days period would have expired on and about 12th March, 2015. The civil application with civil revision application was filed on 16th April, 2014. In paragraph No. 2 of the application, it is stated that the applicant met with an accident in the Vishal 1/2

60-cac-252-2014 first week of March, 2014 and that resulted in a fracture in his left foot and therefore was advised bed rest. The applicant has also annexed copy of doctor's certificate where it is certified that the applicant was advised rest at home from 4th March, 2014 to 5th April, 2014.

In these circumstances, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
