Heard Mr.Bhavake, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner had acquired BA qualification in accordance with Rule 25(1) of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981 (MEPS Rules). The Education Officer could not have directed the Management to conduct an inquiry.

It appears that the show cause notice has been issued by the Management. The Petitioner can bring all the facts to the notice of the Management i.e. acquiring the degree by due procedure and process of law. The Petitioner can also bring to the notice the relevant provisions applicable.
