This is an application for bringing legal representatives of the petitionerBastyav Liya Lope, since deceased, on record. The petitioner has died on 23.1.2015. Mr. Singh submits that the application is filed on 15.4.2015 which is within 90 days from the date of death of the petitioner. Hence, it is in time.

In view thereof and for the reasons set out in the application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
