DATED : 28 JUNE 2023 P.C. :- During the pendency of the present petition, the District Deputy Registrar has passed the fresh order dated 25 May 2023 pursuant to the impugned order of remand passed by the Joint Registrar dated 6 February 2023.

Admittedly, the remedy of revision is available to the petitioner against the said order dated 25 May 2023 passed by the District Deputy Registrar.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision.
