That order continued and it is stated that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is common to Writ Petition No.650 of 2003. The Writ Petition No.650 of 2003 has been disposed of by this Court on 04th August 2016. It was not disposed of on merits, but by taking consent terms on record. The order disposes of the Writ Petition on the basis of these consent terms.

The petitioners in this Writ Petition and their advocates both are absent. They have not informed this Court whether anything survives in this Writ Petition after more than 14 years of its institution. In the circumstances, we proceed to dismiss this Writ Petition for want of prosecution.
