By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, a writ of mandamus is sought against a Cooperative Bank. A Writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be issued against the said Bank. We, therefore, decline to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly rejected.
