Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
Perused Mutual Consent Compromise Deed dated 10/04/2022 filed by the Respondent No.2. The Respondent No.2 is present in the court.

We have interacted with the Respondent No.2. today. She confirms the undertaking and conditions given in the consent compromise deed and states that they have been complied with. Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

192-wp-1344-22 dissolution of the marriage filed before the Thane court shall be completed.

The Petitioners shall co-operate with respect to completion of dissolution proceeding before the Thane court. The Respondent No.2 has also expressed the concern that her name should be deleted from the ration card of the petitioners' family. The Petitioners shall also make necessary application within a period of one week from today and comply with the concern expressed by the Respondent No.2.

Subject to compliance of aforesaid conditions, the F.I.R. No.10 of 2021 and subsequent proceeding i.e. R.C.C.No.702 of 2021 mentioned in prayer clause (a) stands quashed and set aside 6.
The Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
