Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as applicant undertakes to remain present in court on 27.4.2015, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

i) Bailable warrant issued by this court by order dated 10.3.2015 is recalled.

ii) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

iii) No order as to costs.
