Heard. The petition is filed seeking direction to register the FIR in respect of the grievance made by the petitioner in the complaint dated 1.12.2013 and 23.1.2014.

Learned APP Mrs. Kantharia, having taken instructions from the Officer present in the court makes a statement that the grievance of the petitioner made in the said complaint was examined and it was found that no cognizable offence is made out. She placed on record pps

3 wp 1546-14.doc copy of the letter dated 19.9.2014 written to the authorized representative of the petitioner. Copy of the letter is also given to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
