Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The applicant/insurer has deposited the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon. By a separate order the applicant is permitted to withdraw a portion of the amount of the compensation.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and implementation of the award passed in MACP No. 1020 of 2015 dated 13th February, 2020 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mumbai till the fnal disposal of this appeal. 4.
