At the outset, as soon as the matter was called out, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this application. He states that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed and that the applicant intends to approach the appropriate Court, by filing an application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet. 2.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
