Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. This writ petition has come to be filed originally seeking to challenge the notice / letter dated 24th March 2019 calling for Special General Body Meeting by the respondent no.3 Society. However, by the time the matter was taken up, said meeting has already avk 1/2

7-WP-4180-2019.doc been held and resolution has come to be passed on 31st March 2019 seeking disbanding of the Managing Committee and seeking appointment of an administrator. Amendment application is moved in the present writ petition seeking to challenge the said resolution dated 31st March 2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate statutory remedy as may be available in law. Therefore, without entering into any issues placed herein, we permit withdrawal of the writ petition. The writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to seek appropriate remedy as may be available in law.
