P.C:- We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The only substantive prayer made in the Petition is that the representation dated 29th June, 2020 made by the Petitioners be decided at the earliest.

Without delving into the merits of the rival contentions in the facts and circumstances the case, we direct the Municipal Corporation to decide the representation made by the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from today.
