P.C. :- 1] In this appeal the challenge is to the impugned award dated 29 August 1992, by which, some marginal enhancement in the compensation was granted. As a result, the respondents-claimants are held entitled to additional compensation of Rs.1930.50 ps. 2] The appeal relates to the year 1995. As the respondents expired and no steps were taken within time to bring legal representatives on record, the matter has been pending. Looking to the entire amount involved in this appeal, i.e., Rs.1930.50 ps., it will not be appropriate to continue any further proceedings in this appeal.

3] Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. However, it is made clear that this dismissal need not be used as a precedent, since the dismissal is in the peculiar circumstances referred to above. The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
