By an order dated 10th June 2016 (N. M. Jamdar, J.), this Miscellaneous Civil Application was directed to be placed before this Court. The application seeks transfer of proceedings pending in the City Civil Court to this Court and the tagging of those transfer proceedings with the Testamentary Suit No. 145 of 2013. There can be no possible objection to this application. 2.

Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads as follows: "(b)This Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the proceedings in the above Suit No. 106960 of 2001 (High Court Suit No. 852 of 2001) pending before 16th June 2016
