P.C.:- This is an Application, permitting the Applicant to serve Respondent No.2 through paper publication in newspapers. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 12th March, 2018 passed by this Court, the Applicant tried to serve the Respondent No.2 by all possible modes on his last known address, however, it is reported that, the Respondent No.2 has left the said place and therefore, the present Application is filed for publishing the notice in the newspapers. 1/2

ssm 2 5-appp386.18.sxw In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent No. 2 through paper publication in two local newspapers namely "Sakal" (Marathi) and "Free Press Journal" (English), published from Mumbai within a period of four weeks from today and to file an affidavit of service after the said publication is effected.
