After hearing learned counsel for the Applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Application unconditionally. 2.
It is submitted that the trial pertaining to C.R.No.150 of 2013 dated 04.07.2013 registered with Dattawadi Police Station, Pune has already commenced and as of today, about nine witnesses have been examined. That the Applicant is in jail since 06.07.2013. 3.
In view thereof, the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No. 871 of 2013 arising out of C.R.No. 150 of 2013 registered with Dattawadi Police Station, Pune is hereby directed to expedite the trial. 4.
