Heard Ms. Pichaya, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Ms. Pichaya seeks leave to delete respondent No.1- Family Court, Nashik. Amendment as prayed for is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

By this petition, the petitioner-husband has prayed for following reliefs;
(b) kindly issue directions to the Hon'ble Family Court Nashik to conclude the HMP NO. A-207/2017 within three months".

Ms. Pichaya has invited my attention to the application dated 20th February, 2019 made by the petitioner at Exhibit 57 under section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 praying for following relief i.e to take appropriate steps for speedy trial in this case as per the provisions mentioned in law. 6.
Ms. Pichaya submitted that the said application till date is not decided by the trial Court.

In view of this submission, this Petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide application at Exhibit 57 within two weeks from production of the authenticated copy of this order. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.

All the parties, including the trial Court to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
