It is submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was terminated from service. The petitioner approached the School Tribunal. The School Tribunal allowed the appeal. The same was challenged by the Management before the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge has confrmed the order with regard to reinstatement and has further directed the proposal to be decided within three months by the Education offcer. 2.

In light of that, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
