The prayer of the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to conduct his trial on day to day basis.

Granting such relief may not be possible. However, we direct Sessions Court No.10, Pune to expedite the petitioner's trial in Criminal Case No.643 of 2012 and conclude the same within eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not concluded yet. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

In view of the disposal of the petition, nothing survives in criminal application for consideration and the same stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Sessions Court No.10, Pune as also to the concerned jail authority who in turn shall communicate the same to the petitioner.
