This is an application for travelling to Goa between 10.05.2017 to 15.05.2017. By an order dated 05.01.2017 this Court has granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. 2.

The applicant intends to visit the said place, namely, Goa to attend marriage of Mr. Konark, who is stated to be a family friend. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the prosecuting agency has no serious objection for the applicant's travel abroad during the said period. However, the applicant may be directed to return Mumbai on or before 16.05.2017 as the main application is scheduled for hearing on 08.06.2017.

In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of this Court 1/2

(921) APPP 325-17 and to travel to Goa between 10.05.2017 to 15.05.2017 (both days inclusive) on the following terms.

Hence, the following order:

(i) The applicant is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of this Court and travel to Goa between 10.05.2017 to 15.05.2017 (both days inclusive).

(ii) Before leaving Mumbai, the applicant shall submit his detailed itinerary before the Investigating Officer.

(iii)After return to Mumbai, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 16.05.2017.
