Nirmala Nitin Joshi and another ...

Respondents Ms Aditi Naikare i/b. Mr. P. J. Thorat for Petitioner. Mr. P. G. Lad for Respondents.

CORAM : R. G. KETKAR, J.

DATE :

JULY 26, 2019 P.C. :

Heard Ms Naikare, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Lad, learned Counsel for the respondents.

2.

By this Petition under Section 114 read with Order XLVII, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short 'C.P.C.'), petitioner has sought review of the order dated 01.08.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2872 of 2018. By that order, the learned trial Judge was directed to consider marking of family arrangement / settlement dated 25.10.1975 afresh.

3.

For the reasons recorded in paragraph 6 of the order dated 01.08.2018, I do not find that any case is made out for reviewing the said order. Hence, Review Petition fails and the same is dismissed. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Minal Parab 1/1
