Perused the orders passed in the main Writ Petition. Though there was a specific prayer for grant of interim relief staying further proceedings of acquisition, the said relief has not been granted. 3.

Therefore, no ad-interim relief can be granted on this Civil Application as the effect of grant of adinterim relief would be stay of the acquisition

Hence, the prayer for ad-interim relief is rejected. All further steps taken by the Respondents will be subject to further orders which may be passed in the main Writ Petition.
