The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.6 (the Divisional Commissioner) to hear and decide Revision Application No. RTS/RE/PUNE/83/2024 as expeditiously as possible and in a time-bound manner. The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that the Divisional Commissioner is currently busy on election duty but will be able to decide the Revision Application on or before 30th June, 2024.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, we direct that the Divisional Commissioner shall hear the aforesaid Revision APRIL 30, 2024 Aswale

10.WP.4906.24.DOC Application of the Petitioners as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 30th June, 2024.

We make is clear that the mutation entries that have already been carried out pursuant to the order which is challenged in the Revision, will be subject to the outcome of the Revision Application filed by the Petitioners which is currently pending before the Divisional Commissioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act order.
