Perused the affidavit-in-reply of Shri Tushar Eknath Thombre, the Deputy Collector (Resettlement), Pune. To the said reply, a copy of the order dated 20th January 2015 has been annexed which shows that the area of 40 Ares has been allotted to the Petitioner and the possession thereof was directed to be handed over to the Petitioner. The possession receipt purportedly signed by the Petitioner is also annexed to the said affidavit and 7/12 extra of the concerned land shows that the
entry of name of the Petitioner has been made in the Kabjedar Column.

Hence, compliance has been made to the order of which a breach is complained of. Hence, no case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. The notice issued to the Contemnors under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is discharged.

If the statements on oath made in the affidavit of Shri Tushar Eknath Thombre, the Deputy Collector (Resettlement), Pune, are found to be incorrect, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to move this Court. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J) (A.S.OKA, J)
