Learned counsel for the Respondent No.4 states that the election program has progressed. The elections are to be held on 07/05/2023. From 12/04/2023 to 26/04/2023 the nomination forms are to be withdrawn. The period for filing of nomination forms has expired on 31/03/2023. The list of accepted nomination forms was to be declared between 31/03/2023 to 10/04/2023. In this situation, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not press this petition. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file Election Petition at an appropriate stage.
