ba.338.19.group.19.doc to withdraw the applications, with liberty to file fresh applications for bail in view of the change of circumstance i.e. filing of supplementary charge-sheet.

Mr. Thakare, learned Special P.P. states that the learned Judge had rejected the bail application of the applicants prior to the filing of the supplementary charge-sheet.

In view of the aforesaid, applications are disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that if an application for regular bail is filed by the applicants, in view of the change of circumstance i.e. filing of supplementary charge-sheet, the learned Judge to consider the same on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of these applications.
