Mr. Chandanani, learned Counsel appearing in support of the petition seeks leave to withdraw this petition. This for the reason that the Deputy Commissioner, Assessor and Collector of Taxes, (Respondent no.2) Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation has granted the petitioners a personal hearing whereat the petitioners could have their grievances heard and redressed. The personal hearing which was scheduled on th April, 2016 has been adjourned at the instance of the petitioners. A fresh date is awaited.
