Proceeding pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Bhoiwada, Mumbai to Family Court, Bandra, where Restitution of Conjugal Rights filed by the Respondent is pending. Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The D.V. Proceeding No.12 of 2023 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Bhoiwada, Mumbai be transferred to Court Room No.6 at Family Court, Bandra, where Restitution of Conjugal Rights Petition filed by the Respondent is pending. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) N.S. Kamble page 2 of 2
