1) Inspite of chance given on 22/03/2022, Petitioner has not complied with the order showing bonafides by depositing the amount or assuring Respondent-Decree Holder about honouring the Decree in its true letter and spirit.
2) Mr. Pillai, learned counsel for the Petitioner has tried to repeat his submission that excess amount is paid by Petitioner. 3) In response to the above, counsel for Respondent-Decree Holder 1/2
1.7283.18 wp.doc has invited attention of this Court to the fact that Petitioner is in arrears since long and it is for him to establishsatisfaction of the Decree.
4) This Court by a detailed order passed on 22/03/2022 has already appreciated the same.
5) Since the Petitioner has not shown bonafides in the matter of complying with the Decree for the reasons recorded in the order dated 22/03/2022, Petition stands dismissed. The Executing Court is directed to proceed expeditiously in the matter of execution of the Decree.
