The applicant is the complainant in crime No.74/2014 for offence punishable under section 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 (1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989

Respondent Nos.3 and 4-accused were initially granted protection by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune on January 14, 2015 vide order below Exhibit-1 in Criminal Bail Application No.52 /2015 and the complainant filed an application for cancellation of bail.

Even on the last occasion, so also today when the matter is called out none appear for the applicant. 5.

Having perused the order which is passed and questioned in the present application and having heard learned counsel for respondent No.4, I hardly notice any convincing reason which warrants interference under section 439(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The application stands rejected.
