The AfÏdavit tendered by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Satara is taken on record. The following statement is made in the AfÏdavit, which reads thus:

"11. Now I came to know that both these offences are committed by the same accused person on the basis of forged death certificate of Housabai which was used by the accused person for grabbing her property. I am taking necessary steps for clubbing both these offences and moving to the concern trial court through the public prosecutor for clubbing these offences together."

In view of above, nothing survives in the Petition. The Petition stands disposed of.

However, the Petitioner is at liberty to question the charge-sheet in the clubbed FIRs in fresh proceedings, which be akn 1/2
