Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for bringing on record new trustees of respondent no.1 as per letter dated 19.12.2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

34 cac256-16 a) Applicant is permitted to delete names of retired trustees from the cause title of Civil Revision Application.

b) Applicant is permitted to bring present trustees of respondent no.1 on record in Civil Revision Application No.954 of 2014.

c) Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment on or before 13.6.2016, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

d) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, applicant is directed to serve amended copy of Civil Revision Application on respondents advocate thereafter immediately. e) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
