For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment in the main C.R.A shall be carried out within 14 days from the date of this order. Respondents No.2 to 4 shall be shown as heirs and legal representatives of respondent No.1 in main C.R.A as well in addition to the fact that they are respondents No.2 to 4 in main C.R.A. Order accordingly.
