This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and facility of cash bail security granted by this Court vide Order dated 25th January, 2021 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1701 of 2020.

It is submitted that on account of current situation due to pandemic, the surety could not be furnished within stipulated time. Hence, it is prayed that time to furnish surety may be extended. In view of the submission, the time to furnish sureties in accordance with Order dated 25th January, 2021 is extended for a period of four weeks. The cash bail security granted by this Court, also stands
