Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 50 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 21.8.2013 passed by MACT, Thane in MACT Application No.386 of 2009.

The learned counsel for the respondent claimant submits that they have no objection if delay is condoned.

a) Delay of 50 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
